I cannot express enough my gratitude for him respecting all of my wishes, and really letting me take charge of the process as he guided me.

I also find it incredibly honorable that he has selflessly made himself and business available 24/7 during this COVID-19 pandemic — staying every day and night at his shop since the Governor’s stay-at-home order so Families like mine have access to this service, allowing us to go through the grieving process without additional external stressors further complicating the situation.

5 stars isn’t enough to show how amazing these people are! They have taken great care of two of my beloved babies! I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone who wants their baby cremated. They have an amazing selection of urns and pendants. For no extra charge they give you some hair, paw print, and the tag that follows through the whole process. They are very reasonably priced. Even if I lived hours away I would find a way to take all my babies there! I give them all the stars in the world for my rating! Ron is currently taking care of my fur baby Sebastian Binx (blonde) and he did amazing job caring for my first fur baby Champ (black).

An awesome pet crematory. They do a footprint, give a metal tag with the crematory number, and cut some hair off of the animal. They have many types of containers to pick from.

I do not like the idea of cremation but today after experiencing the kindness and compassion of Ron, I feel better about my girl, Lacy, being in caring hands. I have her ashes in a beautiful box, her ceramic paw print, and a lock of her fur. I know she was treated with respect and compassion and I’m very grateful for that.

Ron was fantastic to us. We had to put our dog to sleep and had not made previous arrangements with him. He was out of town but said he would meet us in 1-1/2 hours. He was actually early and greeted us with terrific compassion/sympathy.

He is a retired funeral director so he has the grief skills needed. He was very patient with us listening to our stupid stories about our dog and telling some of his own.

His office is full of urns and other memorabilia but when we said we planned to scatter his ashes he did not try to up-sell us anything. That was refreshing as I was expecting some high pressure sales pitch.

Anyway, he had our dog ready for us to pickup within just a few hours and his price was well below what I was expecting.

I HIGHLY recommend these folks to anyone that looses a pet.
